BIG LAKE CHARTERS
Grand Marais MN
Grand Marais Fishing Charter and Cruising Service
Big Lake Charters is a Lake Superior Charter Fishing service located in Grand Marais MN. The 2EAZY is a 29 foot Searay loaded with all the fishing gear you will need to catch Lake Trout and Salmon. The vessel also has a full head. COVID 19 update:
I will not be starting Charters until Friday July 3rd. Everyone on board will be required to wear a mask myself included. Only 3 people per Charter allowed on board. I will be cleaning rods before each charter. After reeling in a fish you must sanitize your hands. I will be Chartering Fridays Saturdays and some Sundays through September. See you on the Big Lake !!
Early season, May through June, we use Downriggers and fish deep for Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Chinook and COHO Salmon. As the water warms the fish come up shallower and become more active. The Trout, Salmon and Rainbow Trout are then caught on flat lines, shallow divers and downriggers. Your catch will be cleaned and bagged for you after returning to the dock.

Please wear soft soled shoes, no boots allowed on board. Also bring warm clothes as surface temp is rarely above 60 so it gets cold fast when the wind picks up.
